Couture bridal salon in Georgetown seeks a luxury retail associate to join the team as a Bridal Stylist & Operations Assistant. The ideal candidate should be driven, possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a passion for couture fashion, sales, and styling.
Job Type: Full-time (Monday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday); In-person
Location: Georgetown, Washington, DC
Start Date: May 2025
Compensation: $ 20-$24/Hour, plus commission
Benefits: Paid time off. Supplemental health insurance pay provided.

Carine's Bridal Atelier specializes in exclusive designer wedding gowns and in-house alterations services, and has helped thousands of local and international brides since its establishment in 2006. The boutique is at the forefront of bridal fashion and devoted to tailoring bridal fashion to each individual's body type, personality, and destination. Carine's is known for its luxurious interior with an "at-home" experience featuring classic bridal designers like Monique Lhuillier, Vera Wang, Oscar de la Renta, Ines di Santo mixed with up and coming designers like Danielle Frankel and Katherine Tash.

Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Retail, Communications, or other job-related degree is preferred

Previous retail or customer service experience

Role & Responsibilities
This is a full-time on-site role as a Bridal Stylist and Operations Assistant at Carine's Bridal Atelier in Washington, DC. The Bridal Stylist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, retail sales, styling, communication, and sales to ensure a memorable bridal experience for our clients. They will also be assisting store operations with trunk show setup and shipping, product quality control and vendor communications.

ALTERATIONS AND ACCESSORIES COORDINATOR

Role & Responsibilities
This is a part-time on-site role as an Alterations and Accessories Coordinator at Carine's Bridal Atelier in Washington, DC. The Atelier Coordinator will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, receiving shipments, styling client accessories, planning accessory events, coordinating alterations appointments, and working with the sales team to ensure a memorable bridal experience for our clients.

SUMMER BRIDAL INTERN - Multiple Positions
Carine's Bridal Atelier seeks an undergraduate student with a passion for luxury fashion to join the team as a Summer 2025 Fashion Intern. The ideal candidate should be driven, possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a passion for couture fashion, marketing, sales, and entrepreneurship.
Job Type: Internship; Part-time; In-person
Location: Georgetown, Washington, DC
Start Date: May or June
Compensation: Paid hourly or college credit
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years college education in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or job-related degree
- Seeking 2025, 2026, and 2027 graduates
- Must be local to Washington, DC; this is an in-person internship
- Must be able to prioritize work and effectively manage time
- Detail oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Role & Responsibilities
- Interns will gain exposure to multiple facets of the bridal salon and will be able to be involved in bridal styling, luxury sales, marketing, and operations
- Interns will work with teammates and their manager on projects important to the company's goals
- Interns will participate in team meetings and training as available
